SHIPPING INFORMATION

Policies:
      The Customer is responsible for any delivery delays due to destination problems, such as Customer not being home to sign for the package, Customer providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, etc. Please note that we may ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. But the delivery time cannot be guaranteed and it may takes much longer time. So we encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address.
      If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
